Quick Hit Video - 5/22/25

A weak close colored what was otherwise a resilient day in terms of price action. The AI theme again asserted strength on Thursday as the 10 Yr Yield backed off. Names like PLTR GEV SNOW and even the semi's showed resilience after yesterday's selling. This does NOT at all mean that another surge in yields can't derail equities in general, but leading stocks in the leading theme showing resilience is a constructive sign. Bitcoin pushed to new all-time-highs, and the speculative quantum computing names went on a tear; certainly not a risk-off look, at least for today.

Will the pullback deepen and bring the SPY and QQQ down to test recent gaps? No one knows. Follow your simple trade plan. That's all we can do, and it's enough.
